PSX game copying (originals of course)

Can I copy my ORIGINAL playstation game CD's on a normal pc's CD writer. If so will any cd writer do and is any special/free s/w available????

u can copy them on most cd writers just down load cdrwin to do it and of course the psx needs to be chipped to play them
