Crash Bash Patch

Can anyone tell me if their is a patch yet for Crash Bash.

I've been looking for the past 3 weeks for this patch. Does not exist yet I guess.I can't even play the original in my PS because of the modchip detector.

the game shark cd doesnt work either it cant find the boot file. this game is pissing me off.
