CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT BURN MEANS AS I KNOW YOU HAVE TO PATCH THE IMAGE FIRST BECAUSE I HAVE A WEARNES CD-R AND I'M NOT SURE IT IS CAPABLE OF BURNING PLAYSTATION GAMES I HAVE COPIED OLDER GAMES OK BUT HAVE THOUBLE IN THE NEWER ONES,I USE A TOSHIBA DVD ROM FOR READING AND CDRWIN SOFTWARE.

burn just means write to cd

read the psx dics and save the image to HD. Check to see if u need the patch, if u do download the patch and insert it using ppfamatic2.
Then reburn the image back to cd. It seems to me that you're just doing straight backups without seeing if the original cd has copy protection, then when the cd doesn't work you believe it's the burner.
