I downloaded a game (in cdi) and tried to start it, but I canīt get passed the Sega logo. The game reset itself and start over...

I used CDmage to open the cdi file, and there was 2 tracks. One of them is unaccessable, while the other one contains all the files...

So I extracted all the files in track 2 and burned it with Nero...the game became non-selfbootable. So I tried with the Utopia CD. The gameīs image showed up but the loading counter stopped at 99% and the game froze.

What can I do to make this game work?

Plenty of thanks to all the people who answers or tries to answer my question.

Is it NBA2k1?

It happened to me once in the past. I think Echelon just rereleased it and now it works fine.

May be someone messed up with the file and repacked it just to #### some up...

The game is Street Fighter Alpha 3 (DC). I think the guy who I downloaded the game from, tried to make the game self-bootable, with no success. Iīm about 99% sure that there is a file that should be deleted.

The question is: Which file(s) is it?

Mmmm...no idea. I'd rather redownload it. The SF3 I got was already selfboot...

I downloaded 3 different files from 3 different people! And the still wont start.

I tried using mode 2 with discjuggler...cd-xa...cd-da...mode 1....yes, about everything...and nothing...

All sfa3 files cannot be corrupted...I just canīt believe it!

3 files...unbelievable... ( `_ī )
