ok...been on this unreal tournament rip for WAY too long. scorpion225 was a big help getting me past a few issues with actually getting all the tracks read in via serail port. thx scorpion225.

Now I've downsampled my audio files of unreal tournament.
I've gone over the whole, "echelon self boot guide" (umm..lets see 3 times in a row tonight) and I'm freakin delirious.

Here is what I have done...

1. burned audio tracks 1-3 each as 4 second blank wavs using cdrwin.
2. unreal has 2 iso tracks so i did "extract track03.iso track23.iso 414328" (414328 is the start sector for track 23).
3. used ISOFIX to fix the ISO LBA Start at 0 (45000 trick).
4. used isobuster to extract the filelist from "fixed.iso" and converted that to sorttxt.txt
5. burned audio tracks 1-22 with cdrwin
6. did cdrecord -dex x,x,x -msinfo
7. then continued on with the echelon self boot guide hacking the 1st_read.bin.
8. completed rest of self boot guide verbatim.
9. burnt the data.iso track using cdrecord.
10. it dont work. just sits at the inital dreamcast bootup screen with the red spiral.

What did i do wrong?

1. burn ALL cdda´s as first track whith cdrwin!
2. extrackt both isos so you do it! it was correct.
3. get 2nd msinfo number from the cd you burned whith the cdda´s
(cdrecord -dev=x,x,x -msinfo) you get an number like 0,45332 or so write down the number.
4. hack bins of the game whith dahack (http://www.internetconvoy.com/Downloads/GDK.zip)
Syntax: dahack *.bin 2nd msinfo number, (dahack 1st_read.bin 45332)
5. binhack ip.bin and 1st_read.bin (see echelons sbg)
6. make iso of data (whithout ip.bin) (mkisofs -C completemsinfonumber (0,45332) -V UT -l -o data.iso data) (must have all data in data folder see echelon sbg)
7. patch iso whith ip.bin (ipins) see echelon sbg
8. burn the iso whith cdrwin (see echelons sbg)
ready

(could be that the cdda music on some games make trouble, on games where they had made trouble by me, i had leave them away!
