Hi I have a pal Dreamcast system and i want to get on the net to play ######## #### Online anyway I downloaded the Web Browser so I can set the net settings and when I burn it using Nero 5 it goes into the music player is there some sort of file I need or something any help appreciated.

##### the copy you burned in your PC's CDROM drive. See if you see any files. If not, then it may be that you're burning with the wrong settings.

If you do see files on the disc, you may need a boot-disc before you can use it. I haven't used the browser image (I got a browser with my DC, although I have never used it). I don't know if the browser image you burned is a self-boot image or not (you can ##### it in Nero's CD-INFO to see if it's got two sessions, the first being audio).

Also, most importantly, ##### the date on the bottom sticker of your DC. If it's dated later than October 2000, chances are slim that you'll get any burned backup discs to work on it.

Version 2 of the browser needs the boot disk (unless you make it selfbooting using bin2boot) version 2.6 is selfbooting. The reason some games won't work on newer DCs is the fact that the audio track is burned first, if a game is made selfbooting using bin2boot it should work ok as bin2boot puts the audio track last.
